Completed more add-on Arab Conquest units(elements) for DBM and/or DBMM
Under DBMM Muslim swordsmen - Irr Bd (O) @ 5AP 16-48 elements may be regraded as Irr Wb(F) 3AP
Under DBMM Muslim swordsmen - Irr Bd (O) @ 5AP 16-48 elements may be regraded as Irr Wb(F) 3AP
I decided to mix the figures with swordsmen and spearmen
In DBM BK3:
16 elements x Wb(S)
8 x elements Bw(O)
4 x elements Ps(O) slingers
I have about 90 Arab Conquest figures to paint Cavalry and some Infantry but putting on hold for this project, to busy painting my Ancient Iberian Spanish units.... Iberian Celtiberians posting coming soon..

DeleteLooking great Phil. Beautiful work. The option to field the swordsmen as either Warband or Blade means a lot of painting, as I'm discovering.
ReplyDeleteI'm basing mine as Wb(F) and haven't seen the Wb(S) option. Have I missed something, or are these the earlier blade? I'd much prefer to be fielding Wb(S).
I should have mention DBM Book 3 in my intro of this posting :o) I will edit the posting. I perfer Wb(S) too, also had a difficult time deciding to have all swordsmen elements or mix with spearmen so I opt for mixed figure elements.
