Nice! The Old Glory figures certainly have much character, don't they? Are you building an ACW force for a game?
With your recent Old Glory 2 works, last night my Old Glory 2 British Napoleonics got pulled from The Lead Pile. I was thinking I should give these figures a try with the brush.
Thanks Jon, at a slow pace for a couple of years now, working on my ACW units. I have about 900 25mm Sash and Saber miniatures painted and about 400 unpainted....
The above painted OG 2nd Edition ACW figures are for a friend who also started up his own collection (giving him a helping hand)
The Sash & Saber ACW figures are my favorite. 900 figures is quite a sizeable force. Add in another 400 and that will be a large collection!
Very kind of you to lend a hand to a friend's fledgling collection. He is one lucky guy to have you painting figures for his project. Reminds me of a good, old-fashioned community barn raising. We all ought to do that more often.
Very. nice, I have some 2nd edition Naps Which are nice, but a bit smaller than 1st edition
ReplyDeleteThanks Dean, I agree 2nd Edition figures are a touch smaller than their 1st Edition brothers...
DeleteVery nice; lots of character!
ReplyDeleteThanks Pete!
