15mm Xyston Miniatures Successors Cavalry

I had so many Macedonian Prodromoi  (light Horse) Xyston packs (about 11 packs) So...I removed the swords to most of the sword armed figures and added lances/wire instead, and painted/mounted the figures as medium "Mercenary" Successor Cavalry which I needed... also painted 3 packs of Persian Xystophoroi and 2 packs of Paionian Light Cavalry.

Getic Horse Archers

18mm Xyston Miniatures

Getikoi Hippotoxotai (Thracian, Dacian Horse Archers)

The Getae or "Gets" were several Thracian tribes that once inhabited the regions to the Lower Danube, in what is today northern Bulgaria and southern Romania. Both the singular form Get and plural Getae may be derived from a Greek word exonym: Although it is believed that the Getae were related to their westward neighbors, the Dacians, several historians believe the Getae and the Dacians were of the same people....  anyway..my impression painting the Xyston miniatures as Gatae Thracians.

Hellenistic Impetvs Units

18mm Xyston Greek Thureophoroi Miniatures (nice figures but they are huge!)
Painted the figures with multi color schemes to be used as mercenaries or additions to other Hellenistic armies of the period. (5 x figures per base 8cm x 4cm) exception with one base, Cretan archers Skirmishers (4 figures or should it be 2 figures per base?)
